Baigné dans le sport depuis toujours, l’activité physique a toujours fait partie intégrante de mon quotidien.
C’est donc naturellement que j’ai choisi de faire de ma passion ma profession et transmettre à mon tour ma passion pour le sport.
D’abord en option sportive, j’ai ensuite entrepris un bachelier en coaching sportif & bien-être au Parnasse, suivi d’une spécialisation en préparation physique.
Je réponds volontiers à vos questions à l’accueil tous les jours de la semaine, vous motive aux cours d’abdos Express, ainsi qu’au Circuit Training.
Pour plus de suivi je suis également disponible pour des coachings personnalisés basé sur un programme sur-mesure selon vos objectifs.
